G***k got the injunction 🎉🎉🎉

09/30/2026

This is the what I see. If you want a new G***k get it before October 1

If You Are a Licensed Dealer (FFL)
For commercial retail inventory, the restrictions are strict. Dealers are prohibited from selling newly manufactured "convertible pistols" to the general public. Your legally sellable list is restricted to:
• Used & Consignment G***ks: You can sell any G***k model of any generation to the public, as long as it is a pre-owned fi***rm manufactured and legally owned before October 1, 2026.
• Law Enforcement Exempt Sales: You can sell any new G***k model (including standard Gen 5 models) directly to law enforcement agencies, military departments, or sworn officers for official duty use.
• New G***ks on Hold: You currently cannot sell any brand-new G***k models to civilian buyers. G***k's newest lines (Slimline Series, V Series, and Gen 6) are currently frozen in a legal gray area until a federal judge rules on the G***k v. Griffin lawsuit [3:26-cv-01525].

G***ks are banned on October 1 so come get the last ones we have Wednesday.
Wait the gun store in Waterbury just posted any G***ks made before October 1 will still be legal for sale.
I need to see some documentation on this. I talk to Lester a lot about the laws and when we called them a few weeks ago no one knew.
Can anyone post the law please?

This is Sgt major she has many issues and is 10 years old. I had lots of service connected injuries but she knew any time I am in pain and always wanted to be with me. Today while I'm at Bristol motor speedway. 10 hrs away she had a check up at the cardiologist and I had to give the ok to put her down. I love my dogs more than many people and she has taken care of me and many of you have seen her here at the range
For her sake and not mine I had to do this. I was leaving Bristol but the doc said she would suffer for the 10 hours.
She was the best dog I ever had in my life. Sgt major served me for a long time and no amount of money stopped me from keeping her healthy. She had pneumonia. 4 months ago and I paid for dr care 24/7 until she got better.
Rest now my girl. You will be in my heart forever 🫡🫡

Sometime technology hurts us when an old school thermostat would've fixed the ac problem in the range.
Range will now be cool again for the summer. Sorry if it was hot out there but the winter set points never switched over to summer.
I fixed it remotely while our emergency call hvac guy was checking it out.
Low tech is better tech sometimes 😂😂 come on by and enjoy the cool in the now fixed climate control shooting range.
