Runner math ain’t always about miles. Sometimes it is spending (investing) $300 on shoes, $150 on race registrations, and then paying to roll around on painful recovery tools afterwards 😭🏃

Tonight we celebrated Global Running Day by running a fun unofficial relay. Random teams. Each person ran one mile. Door prizes. PRS. Tons of fun! Congrats to Team Gu Chews!
