Midweek Movement with L.E.I. đ¤
This week, Leslei is demonstrating a Roll Down. A foundational movement that focuses on core connection, spinal mobility, and controlled movement.
While it may look simple, the Roll Down is all about slowing down and creating awareness through each part of the movement.
A few things to keep in mind:â¨â˘ Sit tall with the spine lengthened before you beginâ¨â˘ Initiate the movement by engaging your core and tucking the pelvisâ¨â˘ Keep the shoulders relaxed as you moveâ¨â˘ Control each vertebra as you roll down and return
The basics build the foundation. When you slow down and move with intention, thatâs where strength begins.
