Time to get back in the weight room and start building for next season!

Spring Max Outs !!

Next week we’re testing our maxes and I cannot wait to see all the winter gains!

If you haven’t been at ADP in a while, this is your sign to get back in the gym and set a new baseline. There’s no better time to reset, refocus, and start building toward some BIG summer gains.

Our season came to a close tonight in Sumner as we played the 10th ranked Cougars! I could not be more proud of the effort our girls gave tonight knowing it would be a battle to play with them.

As we close out our season, we also say goodbye to our seniors! The love these ladies have for the game is incredible and tonight they led and played with a lot of heart. I am so proud of each of you and you will be greatly missed! Thank you for everything you have done for NP volleyball!♥️🖤🏐🖤♥️

One of my favorite team activities! Supporting our Huskies cross country team at the conference meet! I say it every year, we are lucky to have fans in the gym with a student section cheering us on. In student section you will see many of these athletes. These same athletes put in hours preparing to run, for the most part, infront of family in all kinds of weather. You did great tonight! So as your fellow Huskies we were proud to cheer you on tonight! Good luck at Districts!
