Rule Review #8: Soft Spike Golf Shoes Only on the Course

To help protect the condition of our greens, tee boxes, and fairways, only soft spike golf shoes are permitted on the course. Soft spikes are designed to provide traction while minimizing damage to playing surfaces and clubhouse areas.

Metal spikes and other improper footwear can cause unnecessary wear, damage greens and walkways, and increase maintenance demands on the course staff.

When this rule is not followed, it negatively impacts course conditions and the overall experience for fellow golfers. Continued violations may result in players being asked to change footwear before play.

Rule Review #7: Repair All Ball Marks & Divots

All golfers are asked to repair their ball marks on the greens and fill or replace divots throughout the course. Taking a few extra seconds to care for the course helps maintain healthy turf conditions and quality playing surfaces for everyone.

Unrepaired ball marks can damage greens for days or even weeks, while unfilled divots create poor playing conditions and unnecessary wear on the course.

When players do not repair damage, it increases maintenance demands and negatively impacts the experience for fellow golfers.

Course care is everyone’s responsibility, and small efforts from each player go a long way in keeping the course in great condition all season long.

⛳️☀️ GOLF WEATHER OUTLOOK | JUNE 15–21 ☀️⛳️

What a beautiful day to kick off the week at Nashua Town & Country Club! With temperatures in the mid-70s and comfortable conditions, today is a perfect day to get out for a round of golf.

🏌️ The clubhouse is open until 8:00 PM tonight, so come enjoy an evening round and stick around for your favorite beverages afterward.

Looking ahead, we’ll see a mix of sunshine and chances for rain throughout the week, with some excellent golf weather expected by Friday. Be sure to keep an eye on the forecast and take advantage of the great playing conditions when they arrive!

👨‍👧‍👦 Father’s Day is this Sunday! Treat Dad to a day on the golf course, a round with family and friends, or a visit to the clubhouse. There’s no better way to celebrate than spending time together at NTCC.

What a great day at Nashua Town & Country Club!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated in yesterday’s EMS Fundraiser Tournament. The event was a tremendous success, and we appreciate the support shown for our local EMS services. Congratulations to all of our winners, and thank you to the volunteers and participants who helped make the day such a success.

Now, we’re looking ahead to a beautiful Sunday afternoon and evening on the course! The clubhouse is open until 8:00 PM, so grab your clubs, get a round in, and stick around afterward for a cold drink and some great company.

🚑⛳ REMINDER: EMS FUNDRAISER TOURNAMENT TODAY ⛳🚑

A friendly reminder that the EMS Fundraiser Golf Tournament is being held today at Nashua Town & Country Club. The golf course will be unavailable for regular play during the event.

Once the EMS Tournament concludes this afternoon, normal golf operations will resume, and the clubhouse will be open until 10:00 PM.

🍔🍻 Come end the evening with us! Whether you’re finishing a round, playing cards, or just stopping by for a cold drink and good company, we’d love to see you at the clubhouse tonight.

Rule Review #6: Be Aware of Players on Nearby Holes

Golfers are reminded to always be aware of players on surrounding holes before teeing off or playing a shot. Several holes on the course share rough areas and playing corridors, making awareness and communication extremely important for everyone’s safety.

If you hit an errant shot toward another group or nearby hole, immediately yell “FORE” to warn other players. Taking a moment to check your surroundings before swinging can help prevent serious injuries and dangerous situations.

Failing to follow this rule puts fellow golfers, staff, and guests at unnecessary risk and can negatively impact the pace and enjoyment of play for others on the course.

A little awareness and communication goes a long way in keeping the course safe and enjoyable for all.

The Nashua Town & Country Club’s 3 Gal Best Shot Tournament has been rescheduled due to the inclement weather that impacted our original June date.

🕘 9:00 AM Shotgun Start
💲 $25 per person
🌭 Lunch Included

We appreciate everyone’s patience and flexibility as we worked to find a new date. Gather your team, mark your calendars, and join us for a fun day of golf, competition, and camaraderie at the club!

📢 3 Gal Best Shot Tournament Postponed 📢

Due to forecasted inclement weather conditions, the Nashua Town & Country Club’s 3 Gal Best Shot Tournament, originally scheduled for June 11th, has been postponed.

At this time, a new date has not been determined. Updates will be posted as they become available regarding a potential reschedule. If a suitable date cannot be found, the event may be canceled in its entirety.

We encourage all participants and interested players to continue checking the club’s page for future announcements and updates regarding the tournament.
