Community support like this ensures our students stay focused on learning, without worrying about school meals. We are beyond grateful to have local partners who care so deeply about our kids and our schools. Thank you for making a real difference!

This is what it’s all about 🤝

Because of everyone who showed up for Strong Start, we were able to give back to Napoleon Area City Schools lunches and support the students right here in our own community.

Thank you to everyone who came out, donated, moved with us, and helped make it happen and a huge thank you to Emily with Wildcat Nutrition for partnering with us.

Wellness is the real WELLTH, and community is a big part of it 🫶🏼

Join us for one unforgettable workout class inspired by the cozy, moody magic of Practical Magic. We’re offering ONE big class, (30 minutes of Pilates with kimberly_egler + 30 minutes of Sculpt with GINO RUBIO ) so snag your spot ASAP… this one will fill quickly! Class is 6-7pm, doors open at 5:30pm.

We’re integrating even more early-morning options at WELLTH! ✨

Wednesday mornings now include 5:30 AM Strength Mat Pilates with Kim. So early risers, you have 4 mornings a week now to be able to come move with Wellth! Please note that there will no longer be a Thursday evening Pilates class.

Our Thursday 8:45 AM class will rotate every other week between Gino and Heather! This week, it’s Full Body Build with Heather Frye so drop the kids off at school and come get your workout in!

Lastly, don’t forget about our Planes & Pilates event this Saturday at the Henry County Airport! Tickets are still available on Vagaro ✈️
