WELLTH schedule for the week is live ✨
Tomorrow is Memorial Day and we’re still moving! Start your morning with Pilates at 7:15am before the cookouts and lake days, or come sweat with us Monday evening for HIIT Pilates at 5:15pm. Plus, don’t forget about our morning Wellth Movement walk/run at 8:15am to kick off the week feeling good!
Reformer classes are officially SOLD OUT again this week 👏 If you missed a spot, make sure to join the waitlist and start pre-booking those classes ahead of time because they are filling fast.
