It's been a busy week of registering teams! Here is what is still available for the team shoot on Sunday, September 6:

The following shows the updated available times slots for the Sept. 6 team shoot. There are still a few early morning squads available with most other available squad start times of 3:56 PM and later.

It was a busy first day of registration for the upcoming Muscoda Sportsman's Club Team Shoot which will be held on Sunday, September 6. The photo below shows the available squads for the team shoot. Registration forms are available from the club's website and may be emailed to reserve a squad, but the completed form and payment ($37/shooter = $185/team, with Lewis, $10/shooter) must be mailed or left at the club house to ensure a team's spot.

***2026 Team Shoot Update***

Our website, www.muscodasc.com is now updated with the 2026 Team Shoot event details! The registration form will be posted tomorrow morning at 6am. Spread the word!

The Muscoda Sportsman's Club is located in Muscoda, WI. We have 6 trap houses with automatic trap machines and voice releases. The clay targets are lime green. Our clubhouse was rebuilt in 2021. Hours of Operation: Wednesday evenings: open practice shoot 16 yard, Handicap or Doubles.

***7/15/26 Update***
After several attempts to set up registration with a completely online system, we haven't been able to find a service that fits our shoot perfectly. What this means...

We will be accepting electronic registration the same way we have the last couple years. The registration will open at 6am on Monday, July 20th with registration forms being available on our website at that time.

***2026 Team Shoot Announcement***

We know people are anxious to get signed up for this year's shoot and we are working through the final details of how we are going to handle registration this year.

We know it WILL be online but we are looking into a fully online system that won't require you to email registration forms, reducing the level of coordination as squads fill fast.

We will post an update this weekend with plans to open registration July 15th either with the new online system or the email method we've use the last few years.

The forecast and radar has not improved the weather outlook for today. We're disappointed as are the shooters who showed up, but we have decided to cancel the registered shoot today. We will look into rescheduling.

Based on the current forecast and the lack of interest to shoot in the rain, we are watching the forecast and weather at the club closely. We will make a decision by 9:45am whether we host the shoot or cancel. Stay tuned.

Muscoda Sportsman's Club took a team to Jonesdale Sportsman’s Club today for their 5-man Team Shoot and the MSC crew ended up bringing home the top team title!

The wind made targets interesting but everyone in attendance was enjoying themselves!

It was great to see familiar faces and the weather reminded us that trapshooting season is upon us.

It should be noted that the team tied but won by reverse score with a team total of 474x500 and they made Jay walk home because of his poor performance!

Team members (left to right) included Don Brown, Jay Adams, Tom Bertzyk, Greg Miller and Brad Bomkamp.
