The work you do in private shows itself on the field.

Why is Triple Threat Training Fastpitch Academy trusted by so many families?

Because it’s more than a lesson.

It’s a calling.
It’s passion.
It’s purpose.
It’s seeing the bigger picture.

We teach the game, and so much more with it.

What we’re really building goes far beyond the softball field.

We’re building determination, toughness, dedication, perseverance, and confidence.

We’re teaching young girls that they are capable of doing hard things. Life isn’t going to be easy or soft, they need the fortitude to fight back.

To make their own path.
To fight for their place.
To get back up when they fail.
To work when nobody is watching.
To believe in themselves before anyone else does.
To go after what they want with everything they have.

One day, the cleats will come off, the games will end and the lessons learned through this sport will follow them into college, careers, relationships, motherhood, leadership, life.

That’s the bigger picture.

Great things don’t come to those who sit idly by and wait for them.

Great things come to those willing to work for them, fight for them, and refuse to quit when the road gets hard.

We’re helping develop strong young women who are ready to take on the world.

By women, for women 🫶

There’s a method to the madness. 😉

Every week inside our academy, our lesson plans have a specific developmental focus.

Developing a high-level athlete requires more than finding a few cool drills on TikTok and throwing them together for an hour. 😏

There are layers to development.

Mechanics.
Movement patterns.
Timing.
Sequencing.
Adjustability.
Game IQ.
Mental approach.
Consistency.
Ex*****on under pressure.

You can’t effectively attack all of it at once.

So we break development down week by week, intentionally layering skills and concepts while still leaving room to address what each individual athlete needs.

Some lessons feel tougher than others.

Some weeks we’re cleaning up the little things.

Some weeks we’re challenging the brain more than the body.

👏And sometimes an athlete walks in and the lesson plan goes straight out the window because what she needs that day takes priority.👏

We’re building athletes and we’re chasing dreams together.

The best part about retiring from coaching is getting to go watch my girls play.
This girl hasn’t been behind the dish long but man is she dominant back there! She found her home and she is absolutely killing it! Watching her transfer what we learn in lessons to the game was incredible, I also get to see what we need to work on this week!
Get it, Faithy!

Building a hitter is about so much more than developing a pretty swing.

A great swing means very little without the ability to see, think, adjust, and compete.

Hitting requires visual acumen: seeing spin, recognizing pitch shape, understanding speed, depth and location.

It requires mental acumen: knowing the count, understanding the situation, anticipating how you’re being pitched and making adjustments from one at-bat to the next.

It requires softball IQ:
having a plan, understanding your role and knowing what the game is asking you to do in that moment.

We don’t just build swings here, we build competitors!
