Olympic Tavern 5K • Spirits Run for ALS

Rockford, Illinois • June 20th at 5 p.m.

Run with purpose along the Rock River and help raise awareness for ALS.
Join us June 20th at 5 p.m. at the legendary Olympic Tavern for a community‑driven 5K that blends history, scenery, and heart.

This untimed fun run welcomes all paces — runners, walkers, families, and first‑timers. The route follows the Rock River corridor, offering river views, bridges, and Rockford’s historic north side. Start and finish at The Olympic Tavern, then stay for post‑run hospitality and good spirits.

While you’re in Rockford, explore some of the city’s most meaningful graveyard and memorial sites:

• Greenwood Cemetery — Victorian monuments, river overlooks, and deep local history
• Cedar Bluff Cemetery — early Rockford founders and Civil War veterans

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our event scheduled for tomorrow June 7th at Mullarkey's Bar & Grill has been postponed. We know many of you were looking forward to joining us, and we appreciate your understanding.
