Noah has truly been showing what it means to earn the journey toward Black Belt. 🥋🔥

Over these last few weeks, his confidence, discipline, and determination have grown tremendously. He’s been pushing himself harder every class, stepping outside of his comfort zone, and giving 100% effort every time he steps on the mat.

Recently, Noah completed 2 classes back-to-back and continued to stay focused, work hard, and excel throughout both classes. That kind of consistency and mindset is what helps build true martial artists.

We are incredibly proud of the progress he’s making and excited to watch him continue growing closer and closer to Black Belt. Keep pushing Noah — your hard work is showing! 👊

In this clip I'm showing my students one of the most practical self-defense skills you can learn: how to clinch against an aggressive striker, and what to do when they start retreating instead of coming forward. We use a simple foot control technique to slow their movement, kill their angles, and get the dominant position — no size or strength required.
