For years, David Heritsch photographed the deer that share his wooded home, a passion that led to his debut book, Deer Mother: The Tale of a Wild Mother Named Daisy — an intimate family photo album following Daisy as she raises her fawns across the seasons. David will detail his fieldwork process, featuring stunning images of animals that live in and around these remarkable habitats.

Join David for a multimedia presentation on his fieldwork process, featuring stunning images from both projects. Copies of Deer Mother will be available for purchase at the event.
