We are located in the former Holt Transmission building off right off of HWY 67, at 816th W. 16th St. Our experienced and enthusiastic coaches are excited and ready to serve you in your health & fitness needs. We encourage people from all walks, ages and stages of life to come in and get their fitness on with us! CrossFit is unlike any other regime, as the workouts are quick, high intensity, and c

onstantly varied to transform your body and health, and to help you meet your fitness goals. The 2026 Memorial Day MURPH was more than just a workout - it was a reminder of sacrifice, strength, and the meaning behind this day.

Everyone showed up ready to push themselves, support one another, and honor the heroes who gave everything for this country. The sweat, the struggle, and the camaraderie all carried a purpose far greater than fitness.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped pay tribute to our fallen heroes. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.
