​I had a gym member ask me recently how I stay fit and healthy now compared to before. Their guess? That I must be starving myself.
​I couldn't help but snicker. Oh no—quite the opposite! I eat a lot of food. The difference isn't the amount; it's the awareness.

​As a nutrition coach, I am my own first client. I don't guess; I track:
​The Numbers: I know my maintenance is 2200 calories. 📊
​The Movement: It’s not just about that 1 hour in the gym; it’s the whole day.
​The Biofeedback: I listen to how my body reacts to stress, sleep, and certain foods.
​The "Fun" Stuff: Yes, I still eat cheeseburgers, cookies, and pasta. 🍔🍪

​Success isn't about "perfect" eating; it’s about mindful choices and being prepared for the busy days. Stop guessing and start knowing.

Let’s talk about something important… are you eating enough during the day? 👀

A lot of people think meal prep is complicated, but honestly it’s just adding a little structure to the chaos of everyday life. When you plan ahead, you’re less likely to skip meals or grab something that leaves you feeling drained.

I spend most of my day at the gym, so food is my fuel. This is what keeps my energy up, powers my workouts, and helps me show up for the people around me. 💪

Everything you see here for the day is under 1500 calories and over 34g of fiber. The only thing missing from the details is my wrap which comes in at 296 calories, 32g of protein, and 22g of carbs. And I'll still have dinner at home tonight 😋

Balanced meals don’t have to be boring.
They don’t have to be restrictive.
And they definitely shouldn’t leave you starving.

Food is fuel. Food is energy. Food is performance.

We will not be hosting our free community workout this Saturday, February 28th at 9:30AM.

Family is just as important to you as it is to us ❤️ This weekend we’re taking time to be together and celebrate a very special occasion — our oldest son’s 14th birthday 🎉

We truly appreciate your understanding and support. Our community means everything to us, and we look forward to seeing everyone back for regularly scheduled classes on Monday starting at 5:30AM 💪
