Our Football Combine Training class is build for 7th & 8th grade football players to walk into High School faster, stronger, and confident in the weight room. Young athletes don't need to guess in the weight room, they need to be taught. In our program, proper lifting mechanics come first, ensuring athletes train safely, move correctly, and build confidence under the bar. This is what it’s all about.

Nick shows up every day ready to work. The effort is always there, and it shows. He picks things up fast, moves well, and just has that natural athleticism you can’t teach. More importantly, he’s a great kid who does things the right way.

This is where young athletes learn how to actually train. How to move correctly, how to lift safely, and how to build a foundation before stepping into a weight room or heading into their season.

⏰ 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Athletes will spend the week working with our coaches on:
• hitting
• pitching
• fielding
• running mechanics
• introductory strength & resistance training

And we keep it fun too 👇
basketball, golf longest drive, and a fan favorite — spin the pin.

Send them with their baseball gear and lunch, and we’ll take care of the rest.
A great way to stay active, learn, and improve all week long.
