On to tomorrow when there will be another cut tomorrow

A quick look at the Kubota Tractor Corporation Heavy Hitters Day 2 Group B final graphic tells you the story. As clouds blew in and the rain began to fall, the handful of pros that were safe (Qualifying Round Group B winner Jeff Sprague, Mark Davis, Marshall Hughes and others) all headed to the launch ramp for an early takeout. Pros like Brent Ehrler, Edwin Evers, S***t Reese Fishing and Justin Cooper Outdoors fought for the last two spots in the Knockout Round.

In the last 20 minutes, both Evers and Ehrler managed to catch clutch bass and finish above the Lucas Oil Cut Line to bounce Hall of Famer S***t Reese in his final pro event. .

This Top 8 from Group B will now join the Top 8 from Group A for the Knockout Round tomorrow on Orange Lake. Watch it all go down on the MLFNOW! livestream starting at 7:30 a.m. ET.
