For those of you who ordered shirts here’s an update:
The OG shirts are in and Maegan has been working on completing them after finding out the tie dye shirts were on back order. We both were extremely frustrated that there was no update about the shirts until she had reached out. We have found a blue/pink look alike that will be in soon but the rainbow might take a bit longer depending on the company. I’m extremely grateful for Maegan and her diligence to get this done. The shirts will be in soon hopefully🤞🏻

the post i’ve been dreading. as school starts my lessons start to slow down. this summer has brought me so much joy and excitement for the future. thank you to the kids and parents who trusted me to help them hopefully reach the next level. i’m excited for what the fall has in store and announcements that will come soon. hopefully i see some students at our home fall ball game this fall. next week will be my last few days of lessons with only a few lessons available. gracie has lessons up for sunday & tuesday. thank you all for a great summer☀️☀️🤍

Congrats to Trevor! What such a cool opportunity even tho it’s at our rival school…..

Now that the I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed I can make this announcement. I have accepted the role of Director of Strength and Conditioning for Football Wheeling University Football . When I started out in my career my goal was always to work at the college level. It is funny how windy a path can be before I got back to this level. Very little should be affected at the gym. Just a bit longer days for me!
