COMPLEX YOUTH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM!

We're helping kids build strength, improve athletic ability, and gain confidence in and out of the gym!

Our program focuses on:

-Strength training & proper lifting techniques
- Speed, agility & conditioning
- Turf work & athletic movement
-Coordination, balance & endurance
-Confidence, discipline & healthy habits to take home!

Whether your child plays sports or is completely new to fitness, all experience levels are welcome!

HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS:

Our Youth Performance Program runs in 4-week sessions, with a 1–2 week break between week!

We've designed it as a level-based program, meaning as your child progresses, their training becomes more advanced and in-depth. Each level builds on what they've learned, helping them develop proper techniques, improve performance, and continue challenging themselves!

📅 Starts November 3rd
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:30–6:30 PM
$75 for 4 weeks (8 sessions)
$15 drop-in sessions

📲 Ready to register? Visit www.thegorillasden.com and click the Youth Performance flyer to complete the athlete information and waiver forms!

Please message on our website with any questions you may have!
