May 19, 2026 - Good afternoon Ridge Runners!
We will meet at the track at 5:30 PM for warm ups.

We will try a 4x 4 min hard with a 2 minute easy jog recovery. If it is too hot, we can switch to 6-8 2 min hard .

May 5, 2026 - The rain, hail, and high winds stopped long enough to get a run in on Cinco De Mayo (Julia - missing from photo but in attendance with equally frizzy hair)

Good morning Ridge Runners!

Hopefully we will dodge the rain. We’ll meet at the track for warm ups at 5:15. If the high school is there, we can warm up in the woods.
We will run a timed workout.
