Move While They Play!

Looking for a way to fit in a workout while your kids are at practice? Join the Adult Agility & Speed Field Fitness Group at Oxbow Fields in Morrisville.

This 45-minute, field-based workout is designed for adults of all fitness levels who want to build strength, speed, agility and endurance through dynamic warm-ups, drills, strength circuits and functional movement.

Wednesdays: September 9, 16, 23, 30 & October 7
6:10–6:55 PM
Oxbow Fields, Morrisville

5-week group: $150
Morristown residents receive 25% off: $112.50
Pay as you go: $35 per session
