The scoreboard says we came up short today — and we did. But it’s not a reflection of everything this team accomplished this season.
We competed all season long. What these girls were able to overcome physically, mentally, and emotionally is the kind of growth that doesn’t always show up on the scoreboard.
There’s still work to be done, but our girls are showing up happy, competing hard, and enjoying the game of softball.
We are incredibly thankful for all of our families, friends, and community members who rallied behind us this season. Your support has been felt every step of the way.
We know what we need to do to get better — and we will. This is only the beginning.
As a first-year high school coach, one of my goals was for this team to make the regional tournament, and they did. Now we continue to grow from here.
To our seniors: thank you for the time, leadership, and work you gave to this program.
We’ll be back. I promise. 🩵🤍❤️🥎

The 2nd Region Softball tournament will begin tomorrow at Lee S. Jones Park. There is a slight adjustment. Games will begin at 2:00 PM and will be played simultaneously on two fields.

2:00 PM Henderson County vs. Caldwell County Field 2
2:00 PM Crittenden County vs. Union County Field 3

4:00 PM Christian County vs. Lyon County Field 2
4:00 PM Madisonville vs. Fort Campbell Field 3
