Proud of Ellie Keidel’s freshman year!

🔥 1.247 OPS
🔥 11 XBH
🔥 .469 Batting Average

She even got the call up to Varsity for CCS.

Want to know why we had a pretty good idea she was ready to compete?

Check out her facility rankings from her middle school years.
80th percentile or higher in every category.

Talent matters.
Work ethic matters more.

Ellie consistently attacked her individualized plan, trusted the process, and kept stacking wins long before the stats showed up.

The results you’re seeing now started years ago.

The TOP limiting factor behind inconsistent mechanics in softball as a hitter or pitcher…?!??

Upper body strength.

If the upper body can’t stabilize and control movement at high speeds, mechanics break down under pressure.

Check out putting in the work to build some monstrous upper body strength đź’Ş

Strength supports consistency.
Consistency shows up in games.

.bartek had a big goal for her 2026 season…

Start! Why was it a big goal?

She hadn’t had an official AB in college…

Linfield has been a powerhouse for several years so if she wanted to crack that lineup she would need to absolutely crush in the fall!

As a speedy lefty, she had let coaches box her into the slapping lefty who used her speed to get on base. The beauty of the KPI Hitting System is it is data-led and our data showed Bre has POP!

She ranks in the 80th percentile or higher for all of our data. So we encouraged her to start using that power…

There is a direct correlation between Exit Velocity and Hitting Performance..

Instead of trying to fit someone else’s mold, she committed to developing the hitter the data said she could become.

The result?

She earned a spot in Linfield’s lineup and finished her sophomore season with:

🔥 .422 Batting Average
🔥 78 Hits
🔥 38 Stolen Bases

When objective data replaces subjective opinions, athletes can unlock a whole new level of performance.

Everything starts with the pelvis.

Proximal control determines distal movement.

If the center isn’t stable and sequenced correctly, the arms and barrel have nothing to work off of.

Most strength coaches think it’s all about force production or rate of force development.

But in highly skill-dependent sports, it’s about how you hit the gas—and the brakes.

Acceleration matters.
But so does deceleration and control.

How you move matters more than what you move.

The longer you can hold a supinated wrist…

The more movement pitches you have access to.

Wrist position influences spin, axis, and how the ball moves out of your hand.

Efficiency starts with a good lower half drive and giving the arm enough time to unwind.

Learning to load and unload your back hip is crucial to the swing.

That’s where power starts.

We challenge it using a slightly unstable surface to force better control, awareness, and sequencing.

If you can own it here, you can own it in the box.

The only thing that sucks more than an injury…

Is how a player is treated once they get hurt.

Injuries don’t define athletes—
but how we support them does.

Respect the process.
Support the player.
