First…Happy St. Patrick’s Day! On this day two years ago, , along with the rest of the world was forced to close our doors for the first “shelter-in-place” order in CA! I remember vividly, thinking this would only be for 3 weeks!! Lol!

Here we are two years later, back in the swing of things, finally with no masks! Let’s hope we just continue to progress forward! On that note, come and see us for a great workout today! We are so grateful to be open and we are here for you for all of your health and fitness needs!!
