“Hard business decisions don’t come easy.”

When you pour your 💛 into something, it’s never just numbers or logistics. It becomes personal. Every choice carries weight and sometimes there are no perfect answers. It becomes the best path you can choose with the information and strength you have in that moment.

I’m currently working through some important decisions for Free Spirit Gym.
This space has always been built on something deeper than fitness. It’s about energy, respect and intention! “Your vibe attracts your tribe.” That means protecting the atmosphere we’ve created, keeping clear boundaries where needed and making sure everyone (myself included) shows up with a welcoming & positive attitude.

I care deeply about this community and the people who walk through the doors. That’s what makes decisions like this so meaningful & important.

Thank you to everyone who supports this little country gym. Your kindness, trust and presence mean more than words can express.

✨At 60, I’m still climbing fences, feeding animals, working the farm and training in the gym.✨

One thing I’ve learned: If you want to keep moving later in life, you have to keep moving now.

The farm keeps me active. The gym keeps me strong. Neither happens by accident. It comes from showing up and putting in the work every day.

Age isn’t a reason to slow down. It’s a reason to keep building strength, balance and mobility so you can keep doing the things you love.

I Did It & So Can You‼️
😳 I almost didn’t post these photos.

Not because I’m ashamed of where I started, but because they remind me how hard the journey was.

The truth is, most people who walk through the doors of Free Spirit Gym aren’t looking to become fitness models.
🤩 They’re looking to feel better.
They want more energy for their spouses, kids and grandkids.
They want to walk up stairs without getting winded, to feel comfortable in their own skin again and to prove to themselves that they can still do hard things.

I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and wish things were different, I know what it’s like to start over and I know what it’s like to doubt yourself.

I may have gone a little overboard organizing the dumbbells today. The OCD kicked in HARD. But honestly? There’s something so satisfying about perfectly lined up weights and a freshly cleaned gym. 💪🏼🫧🧼
