If you can’t make the times we are offering our camps & sessions, contact Jennie & set up your own with her, Dan or Ben! 🗓️ Get a group of 6 or more kids for group class rate (or 2-5 for small group rate), & you can pick days/times with us that work for you. EVOLVE (movement foundations), strength & agility training, or wrestling technique are all options- and for any ages! 💪🧪

☑️ Private group HS girls & boys strength & athleticism
☑️ Private group 4-8th & 9-12th wrestling skills
☑️ PreK-K wrestling & 1-3rd wrestling
☑️ Our signature 3-6th EVOLVE movement foundations athleticism training for boys & girls
☑️ K-2 Intro to EVOLVE camp is next week!

1:1 & small group sessions for 7-12th boys & girls are underway for summer! 🔥💪 From Raegyn:
I started working with Jennie at the beginning of last summer, so it has been a little over a year now. She has designed specific workouts to my sport, helping me increase my vertical, move laterally faster, build strength, and improve my flexibility & mobility. She has also been very flexible when it comes to scheduling, working around my in-season and off-season commitments, even coming in on weekends when weekdays are too busy. Overall, she has played a huge role in my development and has made me a stronger, more well-rounded athlete.
