Running Late is coming home🤩🤩‼️‼️👏👏💗💗.

Running Late is a community designed by women for women who want to be around likeminded people all while trying to become the best versions of themselves. Our goal is for you to feel safe, judgement free, inspired, and motivated to be active.

You can expect some announcements and warm ups from our very own Mont Belvieu’s finest, SWEAT CLUB🤗🤗, a 30 minute walk or run (that’s right no mileage only time so you can walk or run as fast or slow as you want), and a FREE cooldown class hosted by Sweat Club. Make sure you bring your yoga mat.

Invite the girlies out tomorrow at 7:00pm at Rhodes Run Lab - 9675 Eagle Dr Suite 108, Mont Belvieu, Texas. Doors will open at 6:30pm.

Bigger Than Me.

Three words that can change the trajectory of your life.

Whether you’re chasing your first 5K, conquering your first triathlon, saving lives in the hospital, investing in the next generation, or training for a personal-record marathon, we all have a goal. A dream. Something we’re working toward.

But what if the goal was bigger than us?
