It’s hard to believe summer is already winding down! With the Iowa State Fair kicking off this week and back-to-school right around the corner, we know everyone is gearing up for a busy couple of weeks. ☀️🐖🐄🐑📚✏️🖍️

So grateful for the opportunity to give back! 🚲✨
This week, Elliot and I were honored to help build over 100 bikes for The NASCAR Foundation Speediatrics Fun Day Festival at the Iowa Speedway. Seeing all those bikes ready to go for local kids made every minute of assembly worth it!
Huge thanks to The NASCAR Foundation for bringing such a great event to our community. Nothing beats putting smiles on kids' faces and getting a few kids on two wheels! 🏁❤️

Looking for a fresh trail to explore? We can’t recommend the Sauk Rail Trail Sac County Conservation Board enough!
While you can tailor your ride to whatever vibe you're feeling, here are a few of our family’s favorite spots along the route:
* 🚲 Starting Point: Rent e-bikes or e-trikes at Breda Depot EBikes to get rolling!
* 🌳 Heading South: Cruise through scenic farmland all the way down toward Carroll and Swan Lake State Park
* 🍦 Heading North: Ride up toward Lake View and make sure to stop by Houdini’s Soda Fountain for a great meal and a sweet treat!
Either direction gives you gorgeous Iowa views and beautiful nature landscapes. 🌾🌽

Unfortunately we will be canceling July’s Social Ride on Sunday, July 26th due to the predicted heat. Our next scheduled ride is Sunday, August 30th at 4pm. We hope to see you next month!
