Well good news and not so good news. Received the easement paperwork all notorized by all parties, took it to the Recorder. She couldn't record it because the notory for Middle Butte didn't put the year of their signature and I cant write it in. It has be mailed to Utah. It's always something. Anyway I'm going to the range Saturday and skim coat the tables.

Up and at the range by 5am again, great moon set today. All four concrete tables poured today at rifle range.

Two canopies at long range rifle completed.The rebars coming out of the concrete are for poured in place concrete tables going in next week. These two canopies are for handicapped shooters. There will be steel targets at various distances for rifke and pistol so the shooter never has leave the concrete pad.

I was out before the sunrise today installing 20 MPH speed limit signs as part of my easement agreement. Silver Queen mine in the background. So peaceful out here, no city lights or traffic. Anyways getting closer and closer to opening. Still waiting for notorized doc's from the neighbor, but at least we have an agreement. Moving forward again.

Installed a couple of long rifle barricades yesterday. Canopies going in next week.

LAST round of easement. The easement docs were approved, now just need to get them signed, notorized by three people and filed. we're getting back on track to resubmit to Planning. I'm going to the range today to dig out footings for two new canopies at long range rifle. Canopies to start after concrete sets up and get hard. When this heat wave ends, I'll get back out there and finish the grading at the 13 pistol ranges and roads. Then porta potties and 1, light for every range and a whole bunch of steel targets. Its exciting to get back on track. Any long range rifle shooters out there, having a friendly meet and greet shoot Saturday Sept 12, 400 and 600 yard "know your limits" gate opens at 6am. Well, another round of easement concerns from our neighbor. I think we're now on the fifth draft addressing his concerns. Stalemate, so our attorneys Michel and Associates were hired to develope a formal easement document and has been completed and delivered yesterday. So, we wait for another round of comments.

GREAT NEWS, I received final easement draft doc's today from our neighbor. Thank you Middle Butte Mine Co. Now after my attorneys approve it, we record it and off to Planning dept for final approval and public hearing. Wow, been a long road and moving forward again. Two canopies getting built next week at Long Range Rifle.
