Meal Prep Monday

We don’t plan to fail we bail to plan had a busy weekend at the Oakdale high school bass fishing tournament we hosted over 70 boats which is the most pre-Covid tournament for high school super proud! ohsbassclub

I didn’t wanna go grocery shopping so I just took out everything that I had in my fridge and began cooking.

I made hard boiled eggs.
I made tuna salad.
I also made this yummy pasta!

Ingredients:
Barilla protein pasta of your choice
Chopped onions
Sliced olives
Sliced tomatoes
Garlic
Green goddess salad dressing
Shredded chicken
Measure with your heart😜

honestly, throw anything you want except the kitchen sink in it!

I get asked all the time what’s my real job lol
I trained 60 kids a week roughly 30 hours of lessons.
Add another 10 hours of cleaning, scheduling, administrative, work content, creating and more…
Along with being a present parent and wife striving to be a better friend and making time for myself, not sure if there’s an extra 10 hours in a day, but I’m looking!

🔥 PERSONAL BEST for McKenzie Bungum! 🔥🥎

McKenzie has been training with me since March 2025, and watching her growth has been so rewarding! 💙💛

As a 12U pitcher, she’s continued to develop in so many areas of her game:
⚡️ Commanding the strike zone
🌀 Developing her spins
🎯 Learning to change speeds
🥎 Expanding her pitch arsenal
📈 Continuing to build her pitching skills

But as exciting as the physical growth has been, the biggest growth has happened between her ears. 🧠

McKenzie is building confidence, developing her softball IQ, and learning how to think the game instead of just throw pitches.

She’s learning to:
