We’re partnering with Aryn McDowell, sports psychology grad student who works with collegiate cheer & football athletes. Each Saturday session will explore practical mental performance topics designed to support both training and real-life performance.

👥 Small group + optional 1:1 depth

What we’ll work on:

• Confidence & self-talk
• Motivation & consistency
• Emotional control under stress
