We’re taking a brief moment to pause from our regularly scheduled Panhandle Classic Tournament posts. 💙
This morning, we received a call that there had been a fire at The Hangar 41, our home.
To say this was unexpected would be an understatement. It truly gave us a moment of tears as we raced to the scene.
When we arrived, there was a tremendous amount of smoke throughout the building. Thankfully, the fire was located toward the back end of the space and did not cause fire damage to our venue space.
At this time, we are incredibly thankful that there is no physical fire damage to our space. However, the smoke has left behind soot and residue throughout our venue.
We have already obtained some large fans to help clear the smoke, and we are working hard to clean and restore our space so we can have a safe place to skate. We are hoping within a few days to get the space back in order with tons of hardwork!
We are forever grateful for every person who has reached out, checked on us, offered help, or simply sent a message of support!
