Looking for cardio that challenges your heart and lungs without all the pounding on your joints? The rower is a great option.
Why rowing works:
🦵 Low impact: Your feet stay planted, so there’s no repetitive pounding from running or jumping.
💪 Full-body movement: Legs, core, back, and arms all contribute to every stroke.
🔥 High work, low impact: You can create a lot of metabolic demand without constantly stressing your joints with impact.

"While bone loss and disruption is the central process in osteoporosis, the clinical problem is fracture. Regular exercise is probably the only method that may prevent osteoporotic fractures by preventing osteoporosis and falls."

Monster Games Competition Recap 💪🔥

This weekend, Will competed at Monster Games in Overland Park, KS in the Men's Intermediate division. Out of 40 athletes who qualified, he was the last to earn his spot. Going into the weekend, he wasn't sure how he'd stack up against the field—but that didn't stop him from showing up and giving everything he had.

When it was all said and done, Will finished 13th overall. His broad jump was a standout event, earning him a Top 5 finish, and he also placed Top 10 in two events.

What I'm most proud of isn't just where he placed—it's how he competed. He kept a great attitude all weekend, adapted to every challenge, listened to coaching cues, and gave his absolute best effort from start to finish.

One of the biggest highlights for us was watching athletes across all divisions compete. The grit, determination, and heart on display were incredibly inspiring. We also had the chance to meet so many amazing people, including the event leader in Will's division from California, and it was great catching up with our buddy Jordan, who has competed alongside Will in the past.

Kylea went down two days early to help set up the event and participated in a girls-only workout coached by 5 time games athlete Baylee Rayl. It was a sweaty 20 EMOM, but was a blast!

As both Will's wife and coach, I couldn't be prouder. It takes a lot of courage to step into a competition when you're unsure of yourself, and he proved that confidence isn't about having no doubts—it's about showing up anyway. He stayed mentally strong, trusted the process, and left everything out on the competition floor.

Here's to learning, growing, and coming back even stronger. Proud is an understatement. ❤️💙

Thank you for hosting a great event! We can't wait to return next year!
