Coaches need coaches too. This past weekend, some of our team traveled to Chicago for a gym owners and coaches summit. It was humbling and energizing! We learned a lot about how to move more intentionally, how to serve you better and how to grow as leaders. We worked hard, but, of course, we played hard too.

This investment in ourselves turns into an investment for our whole team. We are excited to put our knowledge into action! Let’s go!

Most people think they’re not building muscle because they need a different workout.

Usually that’s not the problem.

The real issue is that they’re missing one of the fundamentals:
They’re not eating enough.
They’re not pushing themselves hard enough.
Or they’re not staying consistent long enough.

Muscle growth isn’t complicated, but it is slow.

If you want your body to change, give it a reason to change.

Fuel it.
Challenge it.
Recover.
Repeat.

The first step in training with us is a meeting.

Why? We do it because it’s important to learn if we are the right fit for you before you get started.

The meeting is simply a conversation. We want to understand what you’re looking for, what you’ve tried, and whether what we do actually makes sense for you.

If it does, we’ll explain the next step.
If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you that too and that’s completely fine.

Worst case? We have a good conversation and make a new friend.

Best case? You end up exactly where you were hoping to be.

Another month in the books! May was busy with graduations, events, travel, and life in general! But 57 members made the time to come to 16 or more classes, effectively punching their ticket for another Committed Club! It isn't always easy, but they had the discipline to show up for themselves and this community each class, and we are so proud of them! Let's hear it for May 2026 Committed Club!

Everyone keeps asking: “What even IS HYROX?”

Think of it as the perfect blend of strength, endurance, and real-life movement.

You run.
You push.
You pull.
You carry.
You lunge.
You squat.

What’s really cool is people of all fitness levels are doing it. That’s what makes HYROX different. Yes, it’s freakin’ hard, but it’s still doable for you and me. We love that it’s focused on community and experience. We also love that it’s repeatable so you can train for it over and over again and see your progress.

Rileigh randomly showed up during one of our events because she saw our IG stories and she jumped right into class. She hasn’t looked back yet.

She’s made incredible progress and has fully embraced any challenge. She’s always happy and positive and always willing to push herself more.

We are so happy you are here, Rileigh. We are happy you acted on your spontaneity and became part of this team. Keep growing. Keep prevailing!
