Moab trail mix would love some local support with trail work in the mill creek climbing area t next Saturday! If you love crimping in the summer and escaping the desert heat. Take some time on Saturday to help out! We’d love to see you all there!

Volunteer Opportunity!

Join Trail Mix Saturday, August 12th for a day of maintenance at the Mill Creek Climbing Area in the La Sals!
We will be repairing the trail, installing stairs, and fixing belay stations. If you climb at Mill Creek, you know how treacherous and unsustainable the trail can be! Help us make it better!

Meet at the lot off the Loop Rd at 10am prepared with water, lunch, snacks, and gloves. After work at 5, refreshments and a BBQ (with veggie options) will be provided!

Don’t forget about Moab Facelift this coming weekend! The perfect opportunity to show some love to your favorite access trails.
This is a multi user group event, working on all types of trails, everything from climbing trails, single track, even equestrian trails!

Join us for the first annual Moab Facelift, a service event and volunteer festival on May 5-7, 2023. Trail Mix and the Yosemite Climbing Association invite the public to participate in this exciting opportunity to give back.
Volunteers will be working throughout Grand County, including equine trails, hiking trails, mountain bike trails, the bike skills park, in the river corridor, and at other locations within Moab.
Volunteers will help build, maintain, and clean up trails around Grand County, followed by a "thank you" after party!
Friday, May 5: Pre-registered volunteers enjoy pizza and sign up for specific service projects.
Saturday May 6: Service projects around Moab take place, followed by a big celebration and party at the MARC with food, prizes, drinks, live music, and fun!
Sunday, May 7: Meet-up at Swanny Park for self-directed recreation outings.

We are devastated to hear about the passing of Ammon McNeely. He was a pillar in the climbing community. And a legend among us. He paved the way for big wall climbing in the valley. Doing things better and faster than anyone before him. He was always willing to show someone the ropes and encouraged all of us to push our limits. We will miss you, rest easy and keep on sendin’
