Come meet us in the parking lot across from the Post Office and pop's place, downtown Mittie. Park, sign in, load up on bus, enjoy the ride to the creek where your boat is outfitted with life jackets,paddles and trash bags. Float to the next bridge , load up on a bus back to the parking lot. Changing rooms, showers, and water hoses are here for your convenience. Average Float time is 4-7 hrs, 33 sandbars and pre-launch speech is given before deployment. Child/adult life jackets are provided. All less than the cost of 1/2 tank of gas!
Last boat out is 11,30 , no glass containers,or ice chest over 24 inches at base. 337 831 0951 to make your memories!

HEADS UP!!!
September 20 is final day of canoeing UNTIL mid July of 27. State is planning to go forward replacing the 3 Bridges between parking lot and the creek, with NO BYPASS,,, ONCE AGAIN THE STATE IS CLOSING ME DOWN . Their response,, sorry.
