Today we’re celebrating the woman who started it all.

For over 20 years, Barb has dedicated herself to helping women gain confidence on the water, learn new skills, make lifelong friendships, and discover a passion for fishing. What began as an idea has grown into an incredible community that has touched the lives of hundreds of women across dozens of states and provinces.

Whether she’s teaching a new angler the basics, helping advanced anglers level up, sharing fishing tips, organizing events, advocating for anglers, or simply offering encouragement, Barb leads with passion, patience, and a genuine love for helping others succeed.
