Confidence is built through consistency, discipline, and doing the work, even on the hard days. The physical transformation is just a reflection of the process.

Some people need less restriction, less punishment, and less time in the gym, not more.

Real high performance is learning how to fuel your body, train with purpose, and build strength that lasts physically and mentally.

Shoutout to Team JYT Racer on wrapping up another great year of racing 🏁

Most people have no idea how gnarly it is just to line up for a main event in the 450 or 250 class.

Jeremy is the highest-performing “true privateer” out there, loading his own bike, driving himself to the races, and building his program with the help of his dad and sponsors who believe in him. Meanwhile, many of the riders he lines up against have full race teams transporting bikes and handling the details behind the scenes.

Jeremy doesn’t mind though. He’s built his career around people he trusts and a system that fits him.

From our side, the challenge is finding the balance between training to compete at the highest possible level while also accounting for the realities of privateer life, long travel days, race prep, limited recovery time, and constantly resetting for the next round.

While factory riders are already flying home and starting recovery, Jeremy and his dad are usually halfway across the country in a van or motorhome heading back home.

That means our work has to be tight, efficient, and intentional. And I truly believe we’ve done a great job over the years keeping him competitive, healthy, and ready to battle every weekend.

Proud of you, Jeremy. Another strong season in the books 👊

It takes more than hard work and dedication to reach the top of your game. The timing and positioning to deliver your peak performance is about alignment of your goals, development, and preparation. Recognizing where you’re at on the wave provides the opportunity for strategic ex*****on 🌊

When things come easy and the pressure is low, almost anyone can look like a superstar.

But when the stakes are high, that’s when tight programs, strong support systems, and resilience matter most.

One of the biggest lessons we learned from Ken Roczen:

1. Health comes first.
2. Healthy people win championships.
3. Never give up. 🏁

A lot of times in performance, when things go right, they may appear to look really easy. But what most don’t see, is everything else that took place in order to make that moment appear “easy.”

Training metrics can be helpful to know if you are driving performance in the right direction. However, as an athlete you should only be hung up on if your performance during competition is improving. Being overly focused on one specific metric is a very incomplete way of thinking about the overall training process.

MOTO PERFORMANCE

The riders who make it to the top almost always have one thing in common, a strong, aligned family behind them.

Racing isn’t just the rider and the bike. It’s the conversations at home, the expectations set, and the environment built around them.

When families are on the same page, it creates clarity, confidence, and direction. When they’re not, it can create doubt and distraction in high pressure situations.

At a high level, it takes a team. Clear roles, shared responsibility, and a unified mindset allow the rider to focus on what matters, performing.

The sooner a racer understands it’s bigger than just them, the faster they grow.

When families are aligned, coaching becomes more effective. And the right coaching helps tighten the entire team.

I’ve seen it both ways. Aligned families move forward. Misaligned ones hold riders back.

The expectations, the communication, and the culture behind the rider matter more than most realize when that gate drops. 🏁
