You don’t hire someone like me to…

“Try me out.”
“Do extra work.”
“Change it up.”

You hire me to provide certainty.

Certainty that you’re doing the right things.
Certainty that when something changes, we’ll adjust.
Certainty that you have someone in your corner who is committed to getting the most out of you.

Pro racers, business owners, dedicated athletes, don’t hire me just to say they work with me. It’s because they trust me and they I’m going to be in their corner delivering 🎯

Another great meet in the books for Team JYT over the weekend, hosted by GOONfit POWERLIFTING at Penguin City • Youngstown, OH 💪

Couldn’t be more proud of Ashley Dunmire & Cameron Hevener for how they prepare, show up, and leave everything on the platform. What else could a coach ask for from competitors representing?!

On paper, we had a pretty aggressive game plan for this one and wanted to let them both hang it out a little.

They didn’t hit every attempt, but that’s part of it. Over the last year, both of them have really stepped up their game, and they’re operating at a completely different level than they were before.

That’s what makes this so fun to watch and even more rewarding to be a part of.

They’ve smashed all of their old all-time PR’s in recent history, so we were “playing with house money” for them on Saturday.

Cam and Ashley have been holding it down for Team JYT the last couple seasons, but I’m really excited about this next era of the team.

We’ve got some killers in the making right now, waiting in the queue and getting ready to throw their hat in the ring.

For Ash and Cam, now it’s time to recover the bodies and minds, rebuild, and start finding their edge again. 🎯

The next chapter starts now. 🏋️‍♂️

Not all coaching is the same.

There’s a difference between having someone give you a workout and having someone responsible for your performance.

A personal trainer can help you train.

A High Performance Coach looks at the bigger picture.

Training is only one piece. Recovery, nutrition, sleep, mindset, lifestyle, environment, goals, and how you respond to the work all matter.

Then we adjust.

That’s the difference between following a program and being coached.

I’ve spent 13+ years building my coaching around that philosophy.

The goal isn’t to give you more work.
The goal is to make the work, work for you.

Trusted by Pros, Joes, parents, and coaches since 2013. And still going.

But the truth is, people were trusting me with their performance long before JYT ever became an established business.

13 years ago, I officially turned JYT into a facility. Since then, I’ve spent thousands of hours coaching, learning, evolving, and refining the craft.

A lot has changed since I opened the doors. Training/fitness/nutrition trends have rain their course. The industry has taken on different shapes. New facilities and new approaches have come and gone.

I’ve stayed focused on the same thing: becoming a better coach and delivering results for the people who trust me.

This isn’t something I picked up yesterday. I’ve been in this for the long haul, and I’m still just as obsessed with getting better as I was when I started.

Built on trust. Built to last. Built for what’s next.

LORETTA’S

Of all the amateur motocross racers in the country, less than 1% of them make it to this race.

Around 20,000 racers attempt to qualify each year, with roughly 1,500 earning their way to Loretta Lynn’s, about 7.5%.

Of those who make it, you can estimate that only 5-10% will eventually go on to race professionally. An even smaller number of around 3-5% will earn a factory ride.

For most, Loretta’s will be the biggest race of their career.

For a very few, it will become a stepping stone toward the pinnacle of the sport.

But every rider is on their own journey, which is the beauty of the sport.

Wherever you are today is simply a snapshot of your story as it’s being written.

Tomorrow is a new day and you’re the author of your own book. 🏁

High Performance thoughts on Loretta’s. If you’re doing right, every race to you is a “big race” 🏁

People don’t need another extreme challenge, another trendy workout, or another quick fix.

What they’re really looking for is structure. They want to know they’re doing the right things. They want a plan they can trust, long-term results they can sustain, and a lifestyle they can actually enjoy. I know they his because these are the same reoccurring conversations I have with people over and over.

The problem is, those environments can be hard to find.

That’s what I’ve spent the last 15+ years building. I create, I ask questions, and I listen.

Whether you work with me through Remote, Club, Elite, or Champion Coaching, my goal is the same; to put you in an environment where high performance becomes the standard, not because of motivation, but because of the systems, coaching, and culture surrounding you.

Half the battle is putting people in the right position and the right environment to succeed.

38.

I’ve realized something…

For a long time, a part of me felt like I always had something to prove. Maybe that’s what got me here. Maybe I needed it.

But I don’t think I need to carry all of that into this next chapter.

I’m learning to let go of the version of me that feels like I always have something to prove, but keep just enough of it to keep my edge.

The goal isn’t to prove who I am anymore.

The goal is to fully own who I’ve become.

I’m grateful for the journey and those who are right alongside 🌎
