I had the opportunity to watch my Alma Mater, northdivisionathletics Vs. Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy last week with my only born son. He was extremely adamant on attending this game to watch his Uncle Mickell Harrell Coach.
Meanwhile, our older daughter’s attend Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy and participate in Cheerleading and Volleyball. Although our house is divided we wanted to show love to both schools on Senior Night. It was a cold 🥶 one, but still made it.

I had the opportunity to bring my only Son to watch my Alma mater, northdivisionathletics, FYI, Class of 2000 Vs. Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy last week.
This was the only football game that he wanted to attend all season because his Uncle Mickell Harrell was coaching…..and it was a cold one. 🥶
-Let’s see who makes it to the playoffs…

A quick Update, our Delivery Van 🚐 is currently out of commission until we raise the funds to get it fix or replaced. We do have a rental that we are paying $35.00 per day until our vehicle is street legal or replaced.
•We currently owed work van outright as this is the second time a reckless driver has totaled out this particular van within a 2 1/2 year timeframe. 🤷🏾‍♂️😖
•While our insurance company will eventually cut a smaller check we’ll definitely need our village to lend a few helping hands and/dollars as we navigate this financial hardship. We thank you in advance for any contributions whether it’s direct funding or indirectly by sharing with your networks, friends & family.
•It takes a Village 💯 and Remember:
~Those who serve eventually may find themselves in need of service from those whom (We) continue to serve. Amen and Ase’ 🙏🏾 ~Rob Brox & Family 🥰🖤🪶

❤️ Fit4YouNation & MILWAUKEE, WE NEED YOUR HELP.❤️

We never imagined we would be making a post like this.

Last Friday, our family and business experienced an unfortunate work vehicle accident that has placed an unexpected financial burden on us and threatens our ability to continue doing the work we love.

Fit4YouMKE LLC isn’t just a business. It’s our family’s livelihood — and it’s a commitment to our community.

For years, Rob & Jolie Brox have dedicated ourselves to helping underserved families throughout Milwaukee through health and wellness services, community workouts, Xtreme Hip-Hop Step, personal training, and personal care services for disabled and immobile clients.

We’ve always believed in showing up for others.

Now, we’re asking you to show up for us.

We created a GoFundMe campaign to help us recover from the financial impact of this accident, take care of the unexpected expenses, and give our family business a chance to get back on its feet and continue serving our community.

🙏🏾 If you can donate, no amount is too small.
🙏🏾 If you can’t donate, please SHARE this post.
🙏🏾 If you can do both, we are truly grateful.

One share could reach someone we would never have been able to reach ourselves.

We know times are difficult for many families, and we don’t take anyone’s support for granted. Whether you donate $5, $25, $50, or simply share our story, you are helping us move one step closer to recovery.

We’ve spent years investing our time, energy, and heart into Milwaukee.

Today, we’re humbly asking Milwaukee to invest a little hope back into us.

❤️ Please Donate. Please Share. Please Help Us Keep Fit4YouMKE Moving Forward. ❤️

With sincere gratitude,
Rob & Jolie Brox
