POP UP CLASS! ✨ BREAKING DOWN THE BRIDGE ✨

This is a Backbend Flexibility Pop Up Class created to help with training your backbend ☺️
Whether you’re working toward a stronger bridge, deeper backbends, or more confidence in your flexibility, this class is for you!
Join our in house physical therapist and pole instructor for a deep dive into the art (and science) of backbending.
What to expect? 👀
You’ll learn how to assess your own mobility and strength in the shoulders, hips, and spine — so you know exactly where to focus your training. Then, we’ll practice targeted drills, regressions, and techniques to safely build both strength and flexibility toward your best bridge.
This is your chance to break down the bridge into pieces you can actually train, troubleshoot your personal sticking points, and leave with a plan you can use in your own practice.
