What a fantastic day at Dojo By the Dunes! 🌊🥋

A huge thank you to all of our First State Karate and Polander Academy of Martial Arts families and participants who came out to train, compete, support one another, and enjoy the day with us. There were plenty of laughs, great memories, and some outstanding martial arts throughout the event.

We are also incredibly grateful to the First State Karate staff who put in so much work behind the scenes to prepare and execute the day:

We remember the lives, the families, the sacrifice, and the unity that followed.

Great time at the Oak Orchard Boys & Girls Club giving a little history lesson with show and tell about classical Okinawa Kobudo (weapons), all derived from ancient Japanese farm tools. Followed by some Tonbo Techniques with Rubber training sticks.
