Owner Ryann Stein said, "It’s more than just great food. It’s about creating a place where people come together. A place to gather, celebrate, laugh, and spend time with the ones who matter most."

Ryann and her husband Dustin will also operate the Soldier Hollow Lounge which is also now open!

The Wasatch Mixed-Couples league will begin play on Monday, May 11th.

Teams consist of two players (one male and one female). You are welcome to sign up with any combination you prefer, such as husband/wife, daddy/daughter, or just a couple of friends.

Sign-ups begin this Friday, May 1st. Please stop by the golf shop to register your team.

"Hey everyone—quick update from the Soldier Hollow Lounge and Wasatch Cafe’

You may have noticed a little dust up here lately… that’s us getting the restaurant ready for our grand opening in May.

We’re Dustin and Ryann Stein, and we’re honored to partner with Soldier Hollow and Wasatch Mountain Golf Courses as the new food & beverage team.

This valley is home for us—Dustin grew up here and we are blessed to be raising our family here—so stepping into this space feels really special.

Right now, we’re pouring our passion for food, golf, and community into building something meaningful—bringing in fresh local ingredients, shaping the menu, and building a team that will be ready to welcome you back.

For us, it’s more than just the food. It’s about creating a place where people come together. A place to gather, celebrate, laugh, and spend time with the ones who matter most.

We’re not just here to serve food—we’re here to serve our community. We love what we do, we love where we get to do it, and we love who we get to do it with.

ATTENTION: Utah County Golfers
PROVO CANYON TO CLOSE FOR 14 HOURS SUNDAY at 1:00 a.m. Access to Wasatch Mountain Golf Course will only be available by way of I-80 until after 3:00 p.m. Sunday April 19.

UDOT crews repairing pavement on US-189 The Utah Department of Transportation is urging drivers to plan ahead for a full closure of Provo Canyon this Sunday. On Sunday, April 19 at 1 a.m., U.S. Route 189 will close in both directions from the Wallsburg turn-off (Main Canyon Road) to State Route 113....

We're ready! Our amazing grounds crew is working hard to prepare the golf course. We will open the Lake Course this Saturday, March 21st. Please remember that all tee times are taken ON-LINE:

We will keep you posted on the progress of the Mountain Course and the Practice Range.

The restaurant will be open the first week of April.
