Our new "Soldier Hollow Lounge" concessionaires will be in place by early May. Here's an update

"Hey everyone—quick update from the Soldier Hollow Lounge and Wasatch Cafe’ 👋

You may have noticed a little dust up here lately… that’s us getting the restaurant ready for our grand opening in May.

We’re Dustin and Ryann Stein, and we’re honored to partner with Soldier Hollow and Wasatch Mountain Golf Courses as the new food & beverage team.

This valley is home for us—Dustin grew up here and we are blessed to be raising our family here—so stepping into this space feels really special.

Right now, we’re pouring our passion for food, golf, and community into building something meaningful—bringing in fresh local ingredients, shaping the menu, and building a team that will be ready to welcome you back.

For us, it’s more than just the food. It’s about creating a place where people come together. A place to gather, celebrate, laugh, and spend time with the ones who matter most.

We’re not just here to serve food—we’re here to serve our community. We love what we do, we love where we get to do it, and we love who we get to do it with.

PROVO CANYON TO CLOSE FOR 14 HOURS SUNDAY at 1:00 a.m. Access to Soldier Hollow Golf Course will only be available by way of I-80 until after 3:00 p.m. Sunday April 19.

Whether you joined us for championship-level golf, a casual round with friends, junior programs, or simply time spent enjoying the setting and views of Heber Valley, your support and loyalty are what keep this place vibrant and welcoming.

As the holidays arrive, Head PGA Professional David Simms and the entire Soldier Hollow staff wish you a season filled with health, and happiness.
