i mentioned how reselling on Etsy (or any other site, really) has been fun to do as I’m figuring out what alllll I want my “career” to be, outside of being a fitness coach.

And while this is more of a side hustle, it has paid my mortgage payment the last two months.

the chickpea salad I’ve been making all summer

recipe:
-1 red bell pepper, diced
-1 orange bell pepper, diced
-1 cucumber, diced
-2 (15oz) cans chickpeas, drained & rinsed
-3 oz feta cheese, crumbled
-1/4 cup vinegar
-scant 1/4 cup olive oil (I go lighter than most recipes)
-1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-salt to taste

Dice veggies, toss everything together, chill if you can

but honestly I never wait 😅

4. I’m modeling & teaching my son how food nourishes his body for energy & health instead of telling him a food is “good” or “bad”

*doesn’t mean he isn’t a picky eater bc HE IS

5. even the Grand Canyon has bad reviews 🤯😂 you’re never going to please everyone so you might as well do what makes you happy

6. I *hated* tennis when we would play it in gym class (probably bc I couldn’t make contact with the ball 🤪) Now, it’s how I have made every single friend I have after moving to a new city
