September’s Chef Specials have arrived! 🍽️

🧀 Cheeseburger Spring Rolls – Crispy wontons filled with prime ground beef, caramelized onions, house-pickled jalapeños, and melted American cheese, served with spicy ketchup.

🍔 Smokehouse Burger – A half-pound brisket-blend burger stacked with smoked Gouda, crispy bacon, a golden onion ring, and bourbon BBQ sauce on a jalapeño roll.

🥩 Surf & Turf – Tender bistro steak with beef-tallow compound butter, garlic-chile shrimp, creamy horseradish mash, and blistered broccolini.

🐟 Pacific Halibut – Pan-roasted halibut with pipián verde, glazed asparagus, saffron rice, and crispy haystack potatoes.

🍉 End of Summer Watermelon Salad – Jalapeño-vinaigrette-infused watermelon with arugula, feta, English cucumber, and smoked balsamic.
