Don’t be afraid to try something new! It’s OK to do something because you enjoy it. It’s OK to not be the best. It’s OK to take time to LEARN a new skill!

If you’ve been wanting to add some weights and functional exercises to your routine, come to Fusion. This class utilizes functional movement, free weights, resistance bands and more to help you continue moving and remain mobile!

I’ll be here to instruct you the whole time!

We have 4 spots left! If you have never experienced a Sound Bath, then I highly encourage you to attend our Sound Bowl event on Sat Nov 7. You wear comfy clothes, we’ll create a soft nest full of pillows and blankets to support your body while you rest, listen, and allow the vibrations to flow over you.

The science says all frequencies cause water to ripple or vibrate in different ways- so these sound waves can directly interact with your nervous system, tissues, and brainwaves. It helps slow down your brainwaves, mimicking the restful patterns your brain finds while sleeping. The frequencies can help calm and sooth your nervous system. And if all else fails- you got a 90 min rest listening to some beautiful music.
