We did it! Almost a picture perfect night, had great speed off the trailer. Won our heat race from 5th, started 9th and took a couple laps for the tires to come in but once they did we were able to rocket from 10th to 3rd at the end and that was enough to bring home the championship! Even better cap to the night was Justin Holland Racing bringing home the win! I cannot begin to thank everyone enough for all their hard work and support this year. My parents for supporting for me, my dad for all his hard work all year and this week in general. My wife Nessiah for her hard work and support, Brendan for all his hard work during the week and this week especially, Anthony, Mikey, Frenchy, Artie for always working their tails off for me at the track! I have so many great sponsors and supporters who have gotten us to this moment and without them we wouldn’t have the success that we have.

Tough is the only way to describe our night last night at Afton Motorsports Park. Timed p3 in our group and then blew a transmission at the line which snapped the driveshaft in half when it locked up. My crew and some helpful hands got it fixed up in time to run p2 in our heat race to only pick up a wicked vibration in the driveline with 2 to go. Found another driveline issue and decided our best course was to just start and park. Gutted me to make that call after we were supposed to start outside pole but with championship night tomorrow it seemed like the best call. A big thank you to my dad for all his hard work last night and all day today, Brendan, Nessiah, Justin, AJ, and anyone else who came over and lended a hand between hot laps and the heat. I appreciated all the help more than I can say. It’s been a tough couple weekends here but we got all hands on deck tonight to get ready for a big night at Afton tomorrow for championship night!

Back to Afton Motorsports Park tonight! A huge night at the speedway with a ton of FREE admission, FREE food and snacks for school aged kids and FREE school supplies for kids! It’s gonna be a great night to be at the races so get out and support!

Heartbreaker at Albany-Saratoga Speedway tonight. Had a great car all night, p3 in our heat. Redrew outside pole for the feature and led the first 23 laps with a rocket of a car. Coming out of 2 on lap 24, we snapped a right rear axle. Gutted for Steve and all of my crew who have been behind me through a tough a year with the 88. We have the speed, we just need the luck. Thank you to Steve for his support and the opportunity to wheel such a good car, my dad, Brendan and Nessiah for hauling up to Albany the last few weeks to get ready for this race.

Last minute trip to Albany-Saratoga Speedway last night! The car showed good speed all night and had a strong showing going from 22nd to 13th, lost a couple spots on a late restart and finished 15th. Can’t thank Steve Dodd enough for allowing us to go chase some races with his car! Big shoutout to my dad, Brendan and Nessiah for getting us there and working hard all night!
Tonight we finally head back to Afton Motorsports Park for another night of weekly racing!
