Obesity rates 1970: 15%
Obesity rates in adults 2020: 41% with overweight to obese being 69%
Why is this?
We have more knowledge today than ever⦠we have zero calorie drinks⦠we have apps to help us track our caloriesā¦
My thoughts are that as a society we eat A LOT of āfakeā foods. (Artifical drinks included)
Food with tones of ingredients⦠made in a lab. Overly processed, filled with chemicals & oils that if laid out in front of you and not in your food you would not even want to touch it.
Make the change & take control of your health!
One tip to help if you are struggling is to simply eat nothing that you yourself did not cook. While sticking to minimally processed single ingredient foods.
The calorie content of your meals will drastically decrease while remaining the same size, & the extra chemicals & aditives / preservatives will no longer be affecting your health.
I know this change can be difficult or seem drastic but give it a try. You will feel better & look better!
