With our various levels of hammock heights and class offerings, Uplift opens the door to fulfill the childhood fantasy of running off to join the circus, or offers students of all ages and fitness levels the opportunity to reach their fitness goals in a unique, fun way. another opportunity to fly with bungee fitness classes which involve cardio, strength training, and a full body workout while attached to a harness and a bungee cord.
