It’s been a busy few weeks at VK!

Our students have been training hard, pushing themselves in class, and their efforts showed at our recent belt test where they performed exceptionally well.

We’re also excited to welcome our newest VK student, Roman, to the Tiger & Dragon program! We can’t wait to watch him grow on his martial arts journey.

Congratulations to everyone on their hard work and achievements. Keep up the great work! 🥋💪

37 years and counting.

A second generation now leading from the front.
A third generation on the mat, growing, learning, and stepping into leadership positions.

And beyond our family name stands an incredible team of instructors and leaders who may not share our last name, but absolutely share our mission, our values, and our commitment to changing lives through martial arts.

Legacy is not built by one person. It is built by generations of families, dedicated instructors, loyal students, and leaders who choose to serve something bigger than themselves.

We are humbled by how far we’ve come, grateful for those who came before us, and excited for those who will carry this mission forward long after us.

Last night and today we had 200 students test for their next rank! They came out and showed their skills! And they were on 🔥 fire 🔥!

We also want to thank everyone that baked for and partook in our bake sale today! We sold so many yummy goodies and over 100 cups of coffee!

Today the rest of our testers come out to show their skills! Everyone from our tiny tigers all the way up to our brown belts!

And come hungry and thirsty! We have muffins, cupcakes, bread, bars, chocolate covered pretzels are more! Plus coffee!

Belt testing starts this evening! Brown/Red and above are going to show off their skills!

Dont forget to bring your sweet tooth as the bake sale has lots of yummy treats! Also we will have coffee tonight if you need an evening pick me up!
