Not everyone needs to squat the same way to get stronger.

At Thrive Fitness we believe training should fit the person — not force the person to fit the exercise.

These are 3 squat variations we use often for people dealing with low back discomfort, mobility restrictions, or anyone who simply needs a better option:

• Bulgarian Split Squat
• Landmine Squat
• Heel Elevated Suitcase Squat

You can still build strong legs, improve fitness, and train hard while working around limitations.

Ours is built to move them forward.

Every piece of training has a purpose — developing strength qualities, improving movement efficiency, building speed and coordination, and teaching athletes how to actually train, not just work out.

It’s structured coaching with a long-term lens. Progress is planned, not guessed.

More reps. More weight. More conditioning. More volume.
