This isn’t a job. This isn’t an occupation. This isn’t work. It is a calling. A purpose. Building tumblers puts meaning into my life. It shows me God’s miracles every single day with every single tumbler I work with. The blessings of each family I train and the joy of every little bit of progress made never gets old. I take this so seriously because it is. I wish I could work with every single tumbler, but I know I can’t. So I will continue to put my heart, soul, and total energy to making sure any & every tumbler I get God’s blessing to work with also receives the best coaching, guidance, and mentorship that can be provided. Love what you do. Do what you love.

If a tumbler doesn’t want to be better for themselves, it will be much harder to be better for someone else. If a tumbler can’t set their own standards or hold themselves accountable, it will be much harder to be held up to someone else’s standards. Tumblers must learn what they are doing, and then take the responsibility to do it. The impressions & compliments should come from the tumbler themselves, and they should be proud and confident in the work they are putting in. Only then can the compliments & praise from others truly mean something. Excellent work Aaryn!

This is the time of year that tumblers already start preparing not just for the upcoming season, but next season as well. The seeds of the next level and next progression need to be planted now so the fruits of the tumbler’s hard work can be maximized to their fullest. The upcoming season should have been prepared for last season, and while there is much work to do to reach the success & achieve the goals set out at the beginning, next year arrives in the blink of an eye. Preparation with consistency will make sure opportunities wait for the tumbler, not the other way around. Awesome job Sarah!

For tumblers, it isn’t always what they are thinking, but how they are thinking that can be the catalyst to progression. If a tumbler has serious doubts in their abilities, their effort will reflect that doubt. If a tumbler gets lazy when things are too easy, their mindset can turn fear into a solid motivator. Building a tumbler’s mind to see things the best way for them is critical to them maximizing their gifts & rarity. We are building superstars, not robots. Excellent work Ava!

Effort is a skill. It can be trained & improved, but some tumblers are born with a natural ability to work hard and do their best. They don’t have to be motivated or convinced. They show up every day empowered by the love of what they do, and they have fun, even when they are challenged or afraid. Effort is never a choice for those tumblers. Awesome job Sloane!

There is no timeline and there are no guarantees. Not one tumbler is on the same path as another. There will be setbacks, difficulties, challenges, & doubts. Each tumbler must deal with their own version of each, at their own times. Building tumblers strong in body & mind is a different process for each individual, and the faster a tumbler understands their own uniqueness, the faster they can build the best version of themselves.

When tumblers are learning correctly & progressively, tumbling is a lot of fun. Even with the mistakes, falls, & fears, there are so many positives in tumbling. It’s even better when tumblers get to fix those mistakes, turn those falls into landings, and are able to conquer their fears. Tumbling makes tumblers better, in more aspects than one. Awesome work Sammy!
