Coach Frank, had the privilege while residing in the USA since 1981 as a foreign National from Nicaragua to compete since 1986 in Biathlons(Duathlons then) & Triathlons while finishing High School. His early teenage years in highschool were spent competing for his local track/field indoor and outdoor season as well as cross country running. Coach Frank as the team captain lead the cross country high-school team to a 3rd place state championship trophy for his team. With almost a sports scholarship earned he falls in love with the sport of triathlons in 1986 as he recently becomes a certified lifeguard back in those days/swimming instructor for the Y. The rest after that is history, numerous of Biathlons(duathlons now and days) and triathlons which are too many to keep a track off taking him from an age grouper to a top amateur in the mid 1980's qualifying in 3 ocassions for 2 triathlons age group nationals and one duathlon national. I raced or trained with, Hunter Kemper, Alec Rukosev from Russia,(the Russian Bullet), Manuel Huerta, Dave Scott, Scott Molina, Scott Tinley, Mike Pigg, Lance Armstrong, Sean Welch, Greg Welch, Kenny Souza (Duathlon King at that time), the Picciano brothers, Victor Plata, Spencer Smith and many more Pro Triathletes in my time. Well in a Nutshell, I competed while history was being made here in the United States with Triathlons as a young non-famous Age-Grouper and later Elite Triathlete. From 2009-2011 I am given the privilege by Nicaragua Olympic Committee & FENITRIAT our triathlon federation the task to represent them internationally. It is then that I make the decision to get back to training/prepare myself to represent Nicaragua on various international events as part of the national selection which included but was not limited to, Central American Games, and finally the Panamerican Games in 2011 in Puerto Vallarta Mexico as one of the oldest ITU Elite Triathlete competing at such a competition at 41 for that year. Now a retired NCA ITU Elite Triathlete & Retired USAT Elite. ITU is the governing body worldwide in Triathlons. As it stands, the fastest triathletes in the world compete at the ITU level, this includes but is not limited to, Javier Gomez from Spain, the Brownlee brothers from Great Britain, etc..I are am a retired ITU triathlete with passion. I have relocated to Miami to help our fellow triathletes accomplish their goals. In the process I will compete as Elite with USAT who is the governing body of the United States and my goal is to lead by example. I will compete for the next 4 years as Elite and Coach anybody who can think outside the box, individuals, clubs, teams, Corporate, etc. We currently have a small Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquathlon Sponsored Racing Team in development. We are not a Club, we are a racing team for all interested parties that wish to experiment their maximum human potential thru proper professional coaching in multisport.
